The hotel had nice staff who showed us to our room, but we encountered paper-thin walls and poor paid WiFi. The housekeeping was decent, just cleaning our room.

The service was mostly great, especially from the valet guys and Atlanta Grill, but it fell short of a true 5-star experience. The location was excellent, right in downtown Atlanta and within walking distance of major attractions, although there were no connector doors in the immediate vicinity. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss, with some meals being disappointing.
